Agriculture Loans
- We offer term loans to finance or re-finance cattle, equipment, and ag real estate – to name a few.
- Operating lines of credit are also available to help cover those inputs and general farm and cattle expenses.
- Cattle and equipment can be financed for up to 7 years, depending on condition and age. Interest rates can be variable,
for a lower rate, or fixed, for those more concerned about interest rate risk. - Land can be financed for up to 20 years. We offer several adjustable rate options ranging from an annual variable rate to a 10/1 ARM.
